Animal Drone Rescue AI is a free, non-profit aid for searching for lost animals. By using it you accept these terms.

The pilot is in command

• You fly the drone and you are responsible for the flight, also when the app flies a route automatically.
• Keep the drone in sight, be ready to take control at any moment, and follow the drone laws of the country where you fly.
• The terrain, tree, building and power-line data the app uses comes from public sources and from OpenStreetMap. It can be incomplete or wrong. Look at the area yourself before flying low.

No guarantees

The app is offered as it is, and it is still being tested. The AI can miss an animal and can mark things that are not animals. Using the app does not guarantee finding a lost animal.

Respect people and wildlife

Do not use the app to film people or private property without permission, to disturb wildlife or to hunt.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it, such as for intent or gross negligence.

DJI is a trademark of SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd. Animal Drone Rescue AI is not affiliated with DJI or any other drone maker. The app includes software with "Portions copyright (c) 2014-Present DJI".
