DJI Neo 2: searching for a lost animal
Supported through card analysis: you fly, the app looks for the animal in your footage.
The app cannot fly the DJI Neo 2, because DJI does not offer its developer kit for this model. You can still search with it: fly the pattern yourself, record, and let the app analyse the card.

Suggested search settings
- Height: 20 to 25 m above the ground. Higher than that, a dog becomes a few pixels in the video and is easy to miss.
- Camera: pointing straight down or at 60° for open ground; 45° helps to see under the edge of trees.
- Video: 4K or 2.7K if the drone has it, at the highest bit rate. Every frame is analysed.
- Subtitles: turn on video subtitles (.SRT) in the camera settings, so every detection lands on the map.
